Data Controller

Growthfy Team is the controller for account, product, support, billing, refund, and website data processed through the Growthfy service.

Information We Collect

• Account data such as email address, name, profile image, authentication identifiers, workspace membership, and subscription status.
• Billing metadata such as customer IDs, subscription IDs, transaction IDs, plan, billing cycle, credit purchases, and refund or chargeback events.
• Product data such as workspace settings, target websites, keywords, generated outlines, articles, social rewrites, content status, publishing records, and usage counters.
• Integration data such as connected channel metadata, access tokens, publishing task states, and result URLs where integrations are enabled.
• Support data such as messages, issue descriptions, screenshots, logs, and contact preferences.
• Website and analytics data such as device information, browser type, referring page, approximate location, page views, session events, and conversion events.

How We Use Data

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Growthfy.
• Create accounts, manage workspaces, authenticate users, and enforce plan limits.
• Process checkout status, subscriptions, usage, credits, cancellations, refunds, and account notices.
• Generate keyword research, articles, outlines, social rewrites, and publishing tasks requested by users.
• Send service emails such as onboarding, account access, subscription status, and support replies.
• Measure product usage, diagnose errors, understand conversion funnels, and improve the website.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, and violations of the Terms.

Third-Party Processors

Growthfy may use providers for authentication, database services, payment processing, transactional email, analytics, AI content generation, keyword and search data, and social or publishing integrations.

Data shared with each provider is limited to what is needed for the relevant service. Provider availability and subprocessors may change as Growthfy evolves.

AI Processing

When you request keyword research, outlines, articles, or rewrites, Growthfy may send relevant prompts, URLs, keywords, drafts, and context to AI providers and search-data providers to produce the requested output.

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal data, confidential legal material, regulated health data, payment card data, or secrets into prompts, drafts, or generated content workflows.

Payments

Growthfy Team uses payment infrastructure to process checkout, taxes, invoices, receipts, chargebacks, refunds, and subscription management. Growthfy receives billing metadata needed to activate plans, manage credits, handle support, and reconcile transactions.

Growthfy does not store full payment card numbers. Payment details are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors and payment partners.

Cookies and Analytics

Growthfy uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, affiliate attribution, analytics, conversion measurement, and product improvement.

Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies. Some account, checkout, or security features require cookies to function.

Data Retention

Growthfy retains account, workspace, subscription, usage, and generated content data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support audit or billing records.

Deleted or cancelled accounts may retain limited records for compliance, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, security, backup, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Security

Growthfy uses technical and organizational safeguards such as authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, database security controls, and provider-level security features.

Social platform access tokens and API tokens are handled with care and are used only to provide requested product functionality.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data.

International Transfers

Growthfy and its providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence. Growthfy uses reputable providers and appropriate safeguards for international processing where required.

Changes
