Provider

Growthfy Team is the provider and supplier of the software service described on this website. For account verification, billing, and legal records, the supplier name is Growthfy Team unless a separate legal entity name is provided in a customer agreement.

Support requests can be sent to support@growthfy.ai. Billing receipts, subscription changes, cancellation requests, and refund requests are handled by Growthfy Team support.

Service

Growthfy helps SaaS founders and growth teams discover buyer-intent keywords, generate SEO article drafts, rewrite content for social channels, and manage publishing workflows.

The service may include beta features such as attribution, scheduling, auto-publishing, WordPress integrations, and additional social channels. Beta features may change as the product develops.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address used at checkout and for keeping account access secure. Growthfy may create an account automatically from the email address used at checkout.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed by invited team members or connected integrations.

Plans, Trials, and Billing

Growthfy offers paid subscription plans shown on the pricing section of the website. Growth plans start at USD 59 per month or USD 588 per year. Scale plans start at USD 99 per month or USD 891 per year.

Both paid plans include a 3-day trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, the selected plan renews automatically according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.

Growthfy Team is responsible for customer billing support, subscription support, cancellation handling, and refund decisions. Payments may be processed through third-party payment infrastructure.

Credits and Usage

Each plan includes monthly quotas for keyword runs, generated articles, social rewrites, publishing actions, connected channels, workspaces, and history retention as described on the pricing section.

Credit Packs may be purchased by active subscribers for additional article generation, keyword runs, or publishing capacity. Credit Pack prices and quantities are shown before checkout.

Monthly subscription quotas reset each billing period. Unused subscription quota does not roll over unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the billing controls in your Growthfy account or by contacting support@growthfy.ai.

When a subscription is cancelled, access to paid plan features remains available until the end of the current billing period, unless the subscription is cancelled immediately through a support or risk process.

Generated content, keyword research records, and account data remain associated with your workspace after cancellation. Export and deletion requests can be sent to support@growthfy.ai.

Acceptable Use

• Use Growthfy only for lawful business, marketing, research, and publishing workflows.
• Review AI-generated content before publication and ensure claims, links, citations, and compliance requirements are accurate.
• Respect third-party platform rules when publishing to Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, WordPress, or other channels.
• Do not use Growthfy to generate spam, malware, phishing content, impersonation, deceptive advertising, hateful content, or illegal material.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, rate limits, authentication, or billing systems.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of content, keywords, prompts, drafts, generated articles, workspace data, and distribution assets that you submit to or create with Growthfy.

You grant Growthfy the rights needed to operate the service, including storing, processing, transmitting, and displaying customer content inside your account and connected workflows.

Third-Party Services

Growthfy uses third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, email, AI generation, keyword data, payment processing, and social publishing integrations.

Connected third-party services may have their own terms, rate limits, platform rules, review requirements, or account restrictions. You are responsible for compliance with those terms when connecting accounts or publishing content.

Availability and Changes

Growthfy aims to provide a reliable service, and service availability may vary due to maintenance, provider outages, platform changes, API limits, security events, or product updates.

Growthfy may update features, plan packaging, quotas, pricing for future billing periods, integration availability, and these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account notices, or email when appropriate.

Liability

Growthfy is provided for business productivity and marketing workflows. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, publishing decisions, legal compliance, advertising claims, ranking expectations, and business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthfy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
