Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, trial billing, credit packs, and refund requests work for Growthfy purchases.

Refund Responsibility

Growthfy Team is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and deciding refund requests for Growthfy subscriptions and Credit Packs.

Refund requests can be sent to support@growthfy.ai. Include your account email, transaction ID or receipt number, purchase date, plan or Credit Pack purchased, and the reason for the request.

3-Day Trial

Growthfy paid subscriptions include a 3-day trial. A payment method is required to start the trial.

You can cancel during the trial from the Growthfy billing page or by contacting support@growthfy.ai. A cancellation during the trial prevents the selected plan from renewing at the end of the trial.

After the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual subscription renews automatically and the payment method is charged according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.

Subscription Refunds

Refund eligibility is reviewed by Growthfy Team according to this Refund Policy, applicable consumer protection laws, and the facts of the request.

Where local law grants a withdrawal or refund right, that right applies. Growthfy Team may also approve discretionary refunds case by case.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Access to the refunded paid plan may end after the refund is processed.

Subscription refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after 14 days may still be reviewed for technical failures, duplicate charges, billing errors, or mandatory legal rights.

Credit Packs

Credit Packs are optional add-ons for active subscribers. They provide extra article, keyword run, or publishing capacity beyond subscription quotas.

Refunds for Credit Packs are reviewed case by case. Usage, delivery, technical issues, fraud risk, and applicable law may affect eligibility.

When a Credit Pack refund is approved, the related unused credits may be removed from the account. If credits have already been consumed, Growthfy may reduce the refundable amount where permitted by law.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents access to purchased Growthfy functionality, contact support@growthfy.ai with your account email, receipt details, issue description, and relevant screenshots or logs.

Growthfy Team will review the issue and may restore access, correct account state, re-run a failed workflow where appropriate, issue account credit, or approve a refund.

Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges. The subscription generally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Cancellation requests can be completed from the Growthfy billing page or by contacting support@growthfy.ai.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@growthfy.ai with the account email, transaction ID or receipt number, purchase date, plan or Credit Pack purchased, and reason for the request.
  • For technical issues, include screenshots, logs, affected workflow names, and the time the issue occurred.
  • For duplicate charges or billing errors, include the relevant receipt numbers and the last four digits of the charged card when available.

Processing Time

Growthfy Team aims to review refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, funds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, and payment provider processing times may vary.
