Core Workflows

Write from the Queue

After you queue OPEN terms, they land on the content desk. There is no batch-run button and no template-picker wizard. One queued term becomes one article.

The content desk

The desk is four tabs. The input is the OPEN queue — not a research list you tick for a parallel run.

  • Queue — OPEN terms waiting to write.
  • Drafts — outlines and article bodies under review.
  • Approved — cleared to distribute.
  • Published — already out.

The live loop

Generate one pack from the queue. Confirm the outline. Approve the body. Then channel drafts.

01

Start from the OPEN queue

Queue OPEN terms on the occupancy map. Those terms are the input. TAKEN stays off the queue. OWNED already has an article.

02

Generate Article

On the Queue tab, Generate Article starts a pack and opens the outline desk. One click, one pack.

03

Confirm · Generate

Review titles, sections, and the meta description. Confirm · Generate writes the article and costs 1 article quota.

04

Approve, then channel drafts

Review the body and Approve. Growthfy then writes channel drafts: X, LinkedIn via the Chrome extension, and a Reddit draft you copy yourself. Markdown export is live. WordPress is not live.

Tip

Nothing sits between Generate Article and the outline except the outline itself: titles, sections, and meta. Edit those, then confirm.

Regenerate

Regen is the whole outline or the whole article. It is not a single section with a hint.

  • On the outline desk, Regenerate rewrites the outline.
  • On the article desk, Regenerate replaces the whole article.
  • There is no per-section rewrite, FAQ-only rewrite, or hint-directed section pass.

If the queue is empty

Queue OPEN terms first. A growth run marks them. Then open the content desk and Generate Article. An empty dashboard is not the start of this loop.
