Scale Traffic

Track What Converts

Publishing is step one. Paid attribution tells you which article and which channel created a paying customer -- a successful Paddle charge, not a signup count.

Why Paid Attribution Matters

Without a paid join, you only see traffic or signups. You publish thirty articles and later get charges -- which article and which channel created the customer?

  • Know which article created a paying customer
  • Know which channel those charges came through -- blog, X, LinkedIn, or Reddit
  • See first-charge date and current MRR on the live table
  • Treat signups and trials as secondary. They are not this table.

How It Works

01

Add the tracking snippet

Copy the JavaScript snippet from Settings -> Attribution and paste it into your site's head tag.

02

Growthfy tags every piece of content

Each article and social post gets UTM parameters. A click can carry the article and channel into checkout.

03

Paddle charges get joined

When a visitor pays, the Paddle webhook joins that customer to the first-touch article and channel. Trials and credit-pack purchases do not create a paying-customer row.

04

See the live table

Open Attribution. The table is article x channel -> paying customers, first charge, and current MRR. Signups are not the headline number.

What the paid table shows

  • Paying customers per article and channel
  • First successful Paddle charge
  • Current MRR from those customers
  • Unattributed when first-touch is missing
  • Signups can still exist in analytics -- they are not this table

Tip

A row appears when a visitor is identified by email and a successful Paddle charge lands. Trial starts do not count.

Paid charges only

Paid attribution is live. The table counts successful Paddle charges. Trials, credit-pack purchases, and raw signup counts do not create a paying-customer row.
