Core Workflows

Read the Occupancy Map

Step 1 starts the growth run. This step is the occupancy map on that run — not a second keyword-research wizard. The run crawls your site, maps opportunities, and marks each term OPEN, TAKEN, or OWNED.

How terms appear

First-run is the growth-run form. Required: your site domain. Optional: a product description. Submit starts the run. Growthfy fetches pages, builds a site understanding, then maps keyword opportunities. You land on that run — not an empty dashboard.

Tip

There is no seed-expander form on this door, and no mode that guesses terms from a blank product description.

Queue from occupancy

The run table is an occupancy map. Act on the mark. Do not start a separate keyword wizard.

  • OPEN — queue it. A confirmed competitor host is not on the SERP.
  • TAKEN — do not queue. A confirmed competitor host already occupies the term.
  • OWNED — you already have the article. Open it.

Competitor hosts belong on the run

Confirm competitor hosts in the run sidebar. That is how TAKEN gets a real host. It is not a third keyword-research screen, and it is not a place to paste a competitor URL to start a separate research job.

What to do

Queue OPEN terms. Skip TAKEN. Open OWNED articles. Need a different domain or a sharper product description? Start another growth run.
